how do you stop post count in just one forum area? I saw it before cant find it now..

it's a forum option, go to the forum manager where you edit forum name etc, click the forum name and there should be a "count posts" option.

That's what he's referring to. AdminCP > Forums & Moderators > Select the forum > Count Posts.
