Forumhome Column Problems

I've recently hired a designer who came up with a beautiful style for my site, but unfortunately the forumhome post columns aren't even close to being aligned properly.

I checked out the forumhome__forumbit_level1_nopost template, but editing the column widths didn't help at all.
