Newsletter Manager

I've done some quick searching but haven't found anything as yet. I'm looking for an opt-in/opt-out news lettering system.

Once a visitor has registered on your forums, they have the option of signing up for a newsletter as well as whether they want to receive a plain-text or HTML email. The newsletter can be created, previewed and sent via the AdminCP.

Is there something similar to this already out there and if not, does anyone have plans to make something like this?

Thanks, that's almost what I'm after. Looks like you have to pay for that though if you are running vB 3.6+ :(

yeah thats the problem but i think the 3.5 will work with no problems i tested it and it worked but i dont know what is the 3.6 has
