vBulletin.org uses this mod, its the one that has the First Post on the top of each new page inside that thread you go to. I want this, would be VERY usefull.

2nd: The mod that vBulletin.org uses that hides certain content like downloads and <code></code> tags from members without a valid vBulletin license. I would like this for like Guests and such.

i think i saw the second request before i dont know where :( but for the first mod yeah i would like to have it too :).
