Overall I really like it, it's a sober sort of look that still looks rather classy. This might just be me, but the box you've got the login form in as well as the one in the footer are a bit too light, it looks to me like a texture never loaded (even though it's just colors that was the first impression I got). That's the main thing I would do is darken those up a bit.

Also something's up with your "Who's Online" thing:
