[Help] Importing Users

I imported the data and although I am half asleep at the moment, it looks good. It doesn't work though, only the native user I made for me works, I tried to add another users admin permissions through the interface, and it didn't work, I can't edit his user. Please can dig up some documentation on importing users and passwords from another forum type (Fusetalk under coldfusion) I am missing some key issue.
