How do you bring back deleted threads?

How do you bring back deleted threads? I've looked and looked, but haven't found anything so far. Is this not a standard feature in vbulletin?

It was hard :(. I would've thought there would be a recycling bin you could go to or something. There has to be something I can do to bring it back.

nope, it has to be soft to bring it back...Just for that deleted threads, I usually put them in the hidden forum called "recycler" and I dont delete them soft or physical.

I was considering a database back up, but i'd lose about 20 members and that isn't worth one thread.
