Allow HTML for a specific usergroup?

Hi,

I was wondering if there's a way to allow the usage of HTML to a specific usergroup, for example admins. I think there is only an option to allow HTML in specific forums, but not for usergroups. Is there a mod, or anything I can change to accomplish that?
