I am looking for a plugin that allows my members to upload videos and members to watch videos just like YouTube.

Is there a vB plugin for this yet or another software package?

I dont know any mod to do that, but in my opinion that a hack is unnecesary... your members can upload videos to youtube and use a bbcode to embed it in you forums.

I'm looking more for a software like PhotoPost that goes with vB so the videos can be searched and viewed much like YouTube's setup.

Stand alone software that plugins to vB's user DB.
