How can I restrict registrations to two domains?

I am using vBulletin 3.6.5. Can someone teach me how I can modify one of the php scripts to restrict registration to two domain names? (e.g., domainA.com and domainB.com)

I am using https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=134095&highlight=registration as a temporary solution. But how can I, say, restrict certain forums to certain domains? For example, only people with @domainA.com can view Forums 1, 2, and 3. But all domains can view Forum 3, but not Forums 1-3. Thanks.
