Admin cp options

I was wondering if there is a way to change the order of the options in the admincp?

I know there is a hack to change the groups, but I want to take out all the optiosn the hacks put into the main vbulletin options menu and create a new menu with them in an order, e.g. alphabetical, custom...

Can this be done or has it already been done?

edit the xml file in admincp includes rearrange to your hearts content

i want to know too..instead of click next page..i want to be able to click the letter and it will pull all members up under that letter. kinda hard when you have 14 pages of members.
