Paying for a shoutbox

I'm not sure if this is the right place, but I have a small message board that I would like the shoutbox added to, and I can't seem to figure it out, even though the directions seem super easy. (I'm learning as I go!) but is there someone we can pay, to do add-ons for us? :confused:
