How did VB.org get columns to line up perfect?

How did VB.org get columns to line up perfect.
Like on the main forums the Forum, Last Post, Threads and, Post columns line up all the way down.

Mine are all out of wack on my site.

Any ideas or suggestions would be great.

The columns line up for me correctly and I'm using a 21 inch monitor at 1280 x 1024. Maybe this is what your looking for Link (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=156777).
