Stopping Super Mods from permanent Deleting posts/threads

well the title says it all...

i am getting tired of this crap...
but i also dont want to remove the super mod, because he does a good job...

he is in a (sort of) post race with a fellow super mod..
i told both of them to stop this sillyness, but they dont listen...
one of them keep deleting the other one's posts...(just to get the heads up)...

any way that what ever he delete's is still reverseble by me..i mean, he can only soft delete...

any one?!?!??!?!?!?

There is a mod on the forums that allows you to edit supermod permissions.
