Adding Icons to the Navbar

Hi,

i want to add some Icons to the navbar (1 for search, New Posts, Quicklinks ect.).

Per Template it won't work so i've searched for menu_open.gif and found it in the code of vbulletin_menu.js.

So how can i add my own little icons?

What do you mean per template it wont work.. you just make it in a img tag!
