how to get rid of spammers ?

how to i keep these people away from my forum ? i get a new post every 2 to 3 days and i havent even really advertised my forum yet. here what im talking about http://localraceway.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=489

i always perma ban and delete them but i always get a new post and user
