I can not get it to work, I have uploaded everything but it still does not work. I have downloaded the xml files into the admin cpanl and I go to vBulletin Options and I can not find the arcade in there.

More info, I tried to use installer and it says

You should not use this Installer-Script, just import the Product-XML-File in the Product/PlugIn-System of vBulletin.
Installation cancelled.
What do it do?
