Header Bars look weird

I am just putting my forum together. I was playing with style colors last nite, then set everything back to default. Problem is now, the "shading" on the blue bars is off. For instance, when u look at the Vbulletin.org title bars, they gradually shade from dark blue to a lighter blue, well mine are not gradual at all. A fuzzy line is present throughout my screen. Additionally, when accessing my fourm from other computers, it looks normal.... played with the display settings to no avail....any ideas?
