I actually made this style almost a year ago, and then the person that ordered it changed their mind and decided they didn't want it anymore...so it's been sitting on my hard drive since then.

Someone asked about a counterstrike style today, so I decided to get off my lazy arse and get around to updating it to 3.6.5...so here it is...

New Link will be added tonight
ignore the right side column in the demo above...it is not included in this package

It's a rather dark style, and it doesn't come with custom smilies...so you'll have to find some dark skinned smilies to get rid of the white pix elated look if you use the default smiles, but all of the other images should be good (if not...let me know)...

Also...the buttons that come with it are actually out of a pack I found here...i will be updating them sometime this week...so check back for that if you'd like customized buttons to match (though the ones that come in the package match it decently)

It's not currently Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional or W3C Valid CSS, but it will be in the next couple of weeks (as soon as I get the time to work on that)

Well...that's about all I can think of at the moment...if you have any questions or issues, please ask in this thread...

install instructions are in the zip

enjoy

note: I ask that you keep the link to Staxweb Design Studio in the footer, but if you would like to remove it...contact me via PM, it can be removed for $25 through paypal

Also, which one of the top * mods did you use for your top 10 on your site Irisfire?

Nice mod but you really must change the font colour, it's too dark for most people to make out.

Great layout. However, I'd recommend you make another banner. (zStrike - By Staxweb...)

i'll take a look at those issues when i get home :)

and why would I need to make another banner...it includes the PSDs so you can change it to whatever you would like.

bashy...did you change the width or anything? What's your resolution?...and are you using firefox or IE?

and please press install if you've installed this :D

The problem was in the header's html. It was not an easy find.., but I think this will take care of that pesky line problem...

replace your zstrike header with either code... (one links back to your homepage, the other doesnt)and you're done..

If I wanted to put a ad on the left side bar where would I put the code? I figured out the top under the navbar but cant find where to put a vertical ad on the left under the counterstrike dudes

Thanks for posting that fix for everyone TheBlackPoet.

I got busy with a lot of other stuff the past few months so support for this disappeared. I'm back and good to go now and will update the original package as soon as I get home to access it and reupload with that fix, as well as possibly releasing some other styles I've got laying around.

@bornoffire - I'll have to look at it when I get home (it's been a while since I made this one...not sure if I stuck it in the header or not (probably did)...but i'll get back to you on how to do that if you still need it.

Again, sorry for disappearing for so long on this one...back now though :)...if anyone has any requests for any types of styles I might consider doing some cusom ones for free (released here at vborg)

So, I'm looking at getting back into vb design finally after a really long time with other stuff...figured I'd see what the interest would be for updating this style to vb4?
