Correcting the time.

I time zone is -5...but why is the forum -4 and it seems like the coorect date..but it's 10 minutes slow. I go to another forum and the time shows up correct on -4. Understand what i'm saying?

if you have a 10 minutes delay between your settings and the server, you may have to tweak the server (ask your host)... he may have set the clock incorrectly...
