Advanced Custom Titles

I have a contest running , If you get 10 Refeerals you get the abillity to edit your custom title , Thing is when I set these members to "User Set " it wont let them it inherits the User Group insted

How can I allow only certian Regular Users The abillity to use the Custom User titles in there User CP W/O opening up the whole user group Currently Ive been having to set them to "Admin Set" and edit it my self then they want changes ,,,, Agh !

Can Anyone help me with this?

make a new usergroup that can alter their own titles...and make it a secondary group to all the members that win...

Yes, the dropdown that you are refering to only controls how the usertitle is displayed, not how it's set (user set just means that HTML is not allowed). You need to do like Irisfire said to do what you want.
