styles not working for 3.6.5?

Is it just me or do most of the 3.6 styles not work with 3.6.5?

Every style I upload into my forum, when I go to upload the xml file, it says Invalid File Specified.

Where do you go, exactly, in the AdminCp, when you try to upload a new style?
