View Full Version : Need Help!! Images don't work in Firefox, but work in Internet Explorer..

Ok, header, footer, and other misc images, throught out vbulliten, work in Internet Explorer but do not SHOW in Firefox? Does anyone know why this is?

Provide more info:
did you install any mods and hacks ?
out of the box VB is fully operational.

the php file above is the original index.PHP file that comes with vBulletin. All products and hacks are disabled.
hey guys, I really need to figure this out, and for the world of me I cannot. So help is most appreciated. And if the FIX requires more than I can handle, I will pay someone to fix it.

Thats odd, because, it doesn't work on mine, or a friend of mines pc. Hmmm...

1. From the Tools menu, select Options... .
2. At the top of the window, click Content.
3. Uncheck the Load Images box.
4. Click OK.
Also make sure you dont have any adblock software.
The images hsow up fine on Firefox

you dont have a firefox image-Show-Hide extention installed do you ?

not that I know of, all I did, was went to google.com and downloaded firefox, I have installed nothing extra.
Otherwise how would I check that.

Dude happned to me before
Just clear your cach and it will be solved :)
go to tools->options -> Privacy -> click clear now ..
check everything and click clear private data now
now open the page it should load normal
P.S:
Make sure the load images automaticaly is checked back

Hmm thats odd. Have you restarted system ? What prompted this to happen ? I mean did you just turn your computer on and bam!! saw that images werent being turned on ?

ok in the load images automatically Make sure it's checked and is there any address in the exception list ?

LOL thanks for the exceptions because under there it was blocked
now I wonder why that happend.
