This might not be something thats available at the min but if not then I am sure there is something simliar around.
BackGround & Foreground: I want green like green grass in the summer colour.
Header and Footer: I would like them to to have rounded edges and the navbar inclosed in an oval image, (e.g navleft.gif then navmiddle.gif then navright.gif) with a dark theme.
Fluid or Fixed: I would like the image to be fluid but still like to be able to add a RSS or latest posts on the right side of the forums.
Required size of the graphics: Isn't too important, as long as it looks good and matches my football theme.
Links to Styles/Graphics: This is the best site in regards to what I need in terms of styles (http://www.doubleyellowcard.com/)
