Need some advice/help on merging 2 vb forums

I have a site with over 25,000 members (Version 3.6.4) and a freinds site is closing and wants to merge with mine he has 2,000 members (Version 3.6.0) so my question is how hard would it be to merge his site with mine, also we do have alot of the same users.
If it is hard to merge the whole site would it be ezier just to merge users ?

Not difficult, use ImpEx: http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/impex

I strongly suggest you setup a testboard to test the import first though.

is there any tut on how to make a test board or better yet could I pay you to do it lol

To create a testboard, use the instructions on moving servers (but ofcourse you will never close/delete the old board): http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/moving_servers
