Custom Vbulletin Work

I am looking for some custom work on my brand new board. I need a custom skin, and some buttons and fuctionality added. The "Request for Paid Services" board here does not appear to get many responses from what I can tell. I was thinking of going to somthing like eLance. Does anybody know of a good, repuatable provider? What kind of questions should I ask? What should I watch out for? etc.... Any help you can provided would be greatly appreicated...

i've gotten some good responses from the request for paid services section.

it helps if you offer money.

You will never see the responses from the Requests for Paid Services, because there is none.. people post there, but if you do, you will have to provide your email or accept private messages to have answers...

i can tell that 90% of the requests there are answered... the others are forgotten because they are too strange etc.. :)
