Newsletter Mod

Hello!
I am posting to request a mod that can release newsletters on vb.
I am not sure if anyone is familiar with the competition mod. Where you can display competitions and then there is an option to 'Enter Here'.

I am looking for a hack to post Newsletters. The 'Enter Here' option could be made into a 'Submit Article'. Is that possible? :D

i already have the script in hands, the release is coming for soon!
