Attachments issue

Hi

For quite some time now i have been having this issue although it does not cause any issues with attachments, I think it happened after 1 of the upgrades for VB, Please see image, This happens as soon as you click the Manage attachments button, any advice please?

Can anyone shed any light on this for me please?

Firefox did some funny stuff on me that was similar. IE would work as expected with attachments, but firefox would fail with a screen much like you attached to this thread. After rebooting my workstation all was okay. It has happened a few times, but since upgrading Firefox I have not seen the error again. When it was happening a reboot always fixed it.
