My site has been on the net a few years but could still use your help so that I can take it to the next level . We are very active in tropical season but the off season like now we are very slow with post. We average 75 members logging in this time of the year many of them do not post . I have started advertising on some other weather sites but very few allow this cause they are worried about my site getting more members than them . We are #5 now in the weather forum world but I will not stop untill my site is active year round. What else can I do to improve my site ? Thanks James

PS . We recently moved to a dedicated server with a 100mps port

If you want my honest opinion it does not appeal to me.

Using the vB default skin is a bad move and for a site thats big eneugh to need a dedicated server you should invest in a custom skin to match the style of the forum.

I find the logo quite plain and doesn't look too good.

Don't take my review personally. Constructive criticism ;)

I like that forum. Just in lines of the skins and stuff, that is what needs to be worked on. More tuned into weather and so on, and making sure all graphics are uploaded for each skin (Big pet peeve of mine!) I think with more skins that are custom to weather and maybe one or two more general forums (just for talk other then weather) you will have it made.
