Changing the email for Private Message Notification

I know a lot of this is based on user training ... but I've got people hitting reply to the email notification (typically for private messages)... is there anything I can change (a phrase, or a setting somewhere) to inform them NOT to reply? Or is there a way to change the reply-to address in the email to the email address of the person sending the message?

email text can be found within the Phrase Manager .. just do a partial search of email message and it will show up

email messages can be found within the Email Subject / Email Body Phrase category

all i want is a way for users to hit "reply" to email notifications they get, and to email the sending user back to their email addy -- :(
