I am not sure WHERE to ask for help

I dont know where I need to ask this.. but I keep getting this from members

Hi! I had this problem earlier today. When I try to log in, it tells me my password is wrong. I have gotten new passwords each time that the email on here sends me and it still tells me it is wrong. It worked once earlier today but I'm having the same problem again. What am I doing wrong? Help!!!

I had that happen to me on AOL is it the site and the browser or is it the software and the browser? I am trying to figure out where to go for help!

No. its the yahoo users. I was just saying that I had the same issue with AOL.

The site just went up late yesterday afternoon. Could that have something to do with it?

one of the members was actually on..bc she was pm'ing me through the site..and now she cant get on at all. It keeps kicking her back out.

are you so she can log in ? or does it not even log her in ?

it does not log her in at all..... she enters her password and it says its wrong and kicks her back.. I dunno.. I have been trying to help her for like 4 hrs!

maybe something to do with her cookies. Did she change her browser ? did a friend of hers change the password ? can you assign her a new password ?
