Banned a member? Oh, well; clear cookies, register. I hate it when people do that.

Someone should make a better banning system which bans by IP instead of cookies.

Like, if I banned "mike" for 3 days, he would be IP banned for 3 days. (Giving him a message saying he's banned instead of IP ban.) So, they will keep deleting cookies and will not succeed. I am aware of "IP renewal" but, it takes a while so, this is a great idea.

Banning will:

IP ban them.
Cookie ban them. (Can be disabled.)
Account ban them. (Normal Vbulletin ban.)What do you say? Please make. :p

Yea but, then you would have to do it manually and you might forget to unban by IP. A real hassle.

It takes me one second to change my IP - my ISP will only give static IPs if you pay extra.

But if you are having such problems with a user that he would go create a new account to get back onto the site and then continue to misbehave, perhaps he should be permanently banned.
