I am not sure what you are asking, but if the question is if you can post links to a board with warez here on vBulletin.org, then the answer is no.

if you don't support warez...why would you have links to it on your site?
also...if you mean as in is it allowed with a vbulletin community...i don't see how jelsoft could stop you...it's your site...
though i'd read the Jelsoft License Agreement

oh, a good question of logic here: google.com does not register warez entries, but they let them flow because of the hits...

The Software may not be used for anything that would represent or is associated with an Intellectual Property violation, including, but not limited to, engaging in any activity that infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, software piracy, and patents held by individuals, corporations, or other entities.
Sounds like a clear "no" to me.

I have hidden it, away from unregisterd users.

so? that doesn't make it legal...
the license specifically states that you can't have it at all..it doesn't say as long as guests can't see it it's ok...

Don't do the crime if you won't do the time. I believe Jelsoft do actively take an interest in those who breach their license and other's intellectual property rights. I applaud them if they do. At any rate, they obviously do not want to be in support of theft and I'm not sure "But they only steal a bit. If they're registered." would qualify as much of a disclaimer somehow.
Why don't you just remove the links? Problem solved.

AFAIK, posting links to warez sites is not illegal. Most boards (inc here) will not allow it, but that's because warez itself is illegal, not the links.

i didn't mean legal as in the 'legal' sense of the term...i meant it by it's not 'jelsoft legal'...
