Category strips & Forum header

For some weird reason, the forum header and category strips are the wrong way around. Does anyone know how to switch them round, it would be much appreciated? :D

in your CSS, change tcat and thead images...

I don't mean change the colour, I mean make the Table Header go below the category strips
