Im sure you all expierence this. New people to the site have a question and instead of posting in the forums, they PM the head admin.
I got this idea off of myspace (filter you get when you try to Message Tom (http://collect.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=profile.mailTom))
Basically what it would do is when someone tries to send a PM to select usergroups (or users) it first verifies the topic and subject then channels them to the right person.
For example if you had a server techinician it would forward any PM's from the wrong person to the right person based on the filter.
I think you get the jist of it, and i think it would be very useful.
