I'm looking for a free vbullletin skin similar to this one (http://nsgdistro.com/foro/), I know that it is a IPB skin, but heck it looks cool, check the posts and threads. If anyone knows a similar skin, pst.

The postbits are very out there. :) It's a very nice skin. That could very well be custom, as none of it seems that hard to do.
I'm also not sure of the limitations of vBulletin... I'm not sure if you can code the entire postbit in divs, but I don't see why not. I used divs inside of the message area to place the signatures.
But sorry.. I've never seen a skin like that for vB. Wouldn't be too hard to make though.

I wish there were one like it.... :(
I thought vbulletin was the best forum of the market, but it can't look that cool....

you try to rate the efficiency of a software by a look ?!
sure the default skin of vBulletin is not that cool, but it is a lot more flexible than the other softwares...
the skin you are interested in is a 45 minutes work for a designer like me... just need the icons and some header... it would be more like 4 or 5 hours to code it in IPB, because there is a lot more files to edit than the templates needed to do so in vBulletin...
i was even able to make vBulletin fit in a 350pixels wide display this week... small... VERY small... and with a great look... in the next days it will be in my portfolio btw!
sure you will not find a look like this on free templates for vBulletin, because most of the good coders are paid for their jobs... but if you are ready to pay a minimum for a similar look, just post in the Requests For Paid Services!

Just because you can't find one, doesn't mean it isn't possible :)
The problem with the postbit on the style you're looking at is it requires custom coding of the postbit areas and then every time vb updated the software and if they changed any of the code in the postbit templates it would mean the designer would have to recode the design again.
As nexialys has said, it's unlikely you'll find this as a free style, due to the possible problems with supporting it with upgrades. But posting a request for a paid style might get you a result.

i have skinned both IPB and vB and i would consider skinning IPB more time consuming that skinning vB
