we have a problem with buttons (fonts edits, image upload, quote, code , insert smilies etc) on message editors when we post

i cant even edit my posts,
can anyone tell me what in which template i can edit these problems,
when i post a thread or reply the buttons show as usual but i cannot press them???
anyone plz help.
PS one of admins tried to install autosave hack ... is this maybe the cause?
