I kinda wrote one for my Mods, but it's very site specific. I can't think of how it couldn't be site specific since every site owner is going to have their own ideas of how the forums should be run. I've also written a bunch of hacks just for my mods to help them with running the site easily and so I have those written into my How to Mod thread.

Some of my Mods have been asking about Merging, etc.

I kinda wrote one for my Mods, but it's very site specific. I can't think of how it couldn't be site specific since every site owner is going to have their own ideas of how the forums should be run.
