I Installed vbulletin and deleted install.php and it still says delete install.php! It won't let me do anything! I deleted it already!

Try deleting the entire "install" folder

No it won't hurt anything when you do

Ok... I thought it was something I did when I installed so I'm installing again! Then if it still won't work I'll delete the entire install folder!

Well that didn't do anything!!

Well, I always delete the install folder anyway for extra security :)

Are you sure that you have deleted it from the server?
