Messed cookies up in admincp. Cant log in now

can anyone tell me how to log in admincp. it logs me out autimatically. I thonk cookies are messed up

in your vbulletin package in the folder do not upload find the file tool.php and upload that to your forum directory, Im not sure if that is the right spot but im sure someone will correct me if im wrong. Then access it in your web browser and reset your cookie location.
