Need to add links to the forum

Hello,
We use VB for our hosting company and need to know if there is a mod or something that will allow use to allow links to our hosting site with out having to post a thread to them. Some how do it from the menu bar at the top of the page. If you know of how I can do this please let me know so I can mod this while we are redesigning the forum.
