Seeking images for each forum, main forum page

Not sure if this is the right place to ask,
I'm looking for a mod that show image for each forum.
Look at the image below.

I know one way you can do it, editing the template file and replacing the forum icon with a url to a .png on your server where the filename is the ID of the forum.
