My vBulletin license year will be up soon, and I know I'll lose access to the vbulletin.com members area and new updates. Will I also lose access to all the forums at vbulletin.org and the mods? What if there's a security update to one of my installed mods?

So your saying as long as you pruchase a license be it 1 year or lifetime you'll have a lifetime of access to the content here?

To be active in vBulletin.org they ask for being a licence owner, not being every-year-update licence owner. But let's hear from the authorities.

and you will still have access to members area at vb.com and you can download all vb versions that are older than yours.....

lets say for you from 3.6.5 downwards........you only lose the new updates.....and the right for support questions and tickets...

If you have a leased licence then your access to vb.org mods will expire just like the licence does.

If you have an owned licence then you will retain access as long as you have the licence, irrespective of whether you renew the support option each year.

The deciding point is whether you are legally licenced, not whether you take up any support options.

Thank you for the clarification. Glad I'll still have access here:)
