I recently began getting this error message... I believe I might have caused this with an add-on or a template edit...

I have NO IDEA how to debug this or trace it to its source, can you help?

Thanks in advance if you can tell me how to start fixing this.

Read the top of the image above... directly above the flash header and you can see the error message lines (there are two of them)

Doctor Death, can you please copy paste them here because dark black writing on a black black ground can not be read.

/me thinks to see a doctor.

Warning: implde(): Bad arguments in /private.php(1723): eval()'d code on line 22

Can you reupload the private.php?

you mean from the original VBulletin install package?

from the original vBulletin install package, just copy the private.php and paste to your vBulletin directory in your web.

Ok thanks I will give that a shot, I was hesitant to do that not knowing the inner-workings of VB. Appreciate the assist and hope it works!

I reuploaded private.php and it does exactly the same thing.

This error message ONLY shows up with an INTERNALLY generated PM... not a user or admin generated... example... multiple signins from same IP, or if u use control panel to mass pm users.

The error shows up when you read the pm only (any user who got one).

Thank you again

This is caused by a modification that executes a plugin at the 'private_complete' hook location. Remove or disable the plugin and contact the author for an update.

Excellent gouge, I am glad someone has a clue on this, because I sure dont....

Attached are two screenshots listing all the plugins I run... Is it intuitive of which one uses the private_complete hook?

Thank you for any additional assistance you can provide.

These are the Products, not the Plugins.

On the plugin page you will see the hook location they are attached to listed.
