Need a mod to publish articles

I need a simple mod to publish articles on my forum. Mod should create categorys and post articles with pictires there.

Unfortunatly, i can't find the author of this mod. All links are broken. Anybody who have this mod can help me? Where can i add new categorys?

Maybe someone have manual?
