thread title answer: more than 250 in the last board i designed... more than 25 000 lines of codes added/modified to suit the needs of the client.

i don't like any of the mods here... i always have something negative to say about them... all coders fear me because i'm a bad critic!

The guy that didnt like any mods here...

There are a BUNCH I like here and find really useful...

Specifically stats, who posted today, who visited today, who has examined a post, color coding posts, PM message notification... there are several others that i find really add to the forum experience and my users love them.

The emailing to inactive users is a winner too.

I actually put a thread up here (http://www.stevekallestad.com/discuss/f2/mods-forum-280/) detailing my modding efforts. That particular forum is really a test bed for me (and a support mechanism once I get some software released), but it's a good list of mods and how long it took to install each of them as I went. I was going to just add a list, but copying and pasting seemed like too much effort.
