Hey guys do you think I should get photopost pro for my forums, well I'm looking to add a bug-free gallery to my forum and was wondering if I should purchase this,

but how hard is it to install into a vbulletin forum?

Also how would you add random pics to the forum homepage like the image attached?

Photopost Pro is very easy to use and maintain we have it live here http://gallery.techarena.in

You can setup random images on your forumhome as well (there is a modification available on photopost forums for this)

Cool, may I ask where do the images get stored, the database or the server?

Thanks, also is it hard to install and integrate into your forums?, plus is it worth the 120.

Images are stored in the filesystem (on server) its very easy to integrate with your vbulletin forums as well, you can post your queries on www.photopost.com forums and check a live demo there.

PP is good. Good, not great.

Is there something better that you would suggest?

Not after what they did to the author of vb Gallery.

Photoplog is excellent and does the same job for free.

vB Gallery looks better to me. If it's a stand alone product that you want, PP is the only one that I know of that integrates with vB. If you can use one that is totally dependant on vB, than vB Gallery would get my vote.

Hi,

I'm looking for the most reliable one with the fewest glitches with vb. Which one would you suggest? When you say that PP is the only one that is a stand alone, could you please clarify that for me?

thanks!

thanks!Ya sure. You don't need vBulletin to use PP. It's stand alone or can be used with other forum software.

Thanks for the clarification!

Which one would you say is more reliable?

And if my site becomes quite large, which one would be better to have?

Thanks!

So I should get VB gallery if I'm wanting to have it solely go with Vbulletin.

Edit: I don't know where I would purchase VB GALLERY?

It looks like photopost.com is only selling photopost and I can't find "vbgallery".

it is hard to find the link to purchase vbgallery

Anyway, they mark up the price so high... that it seems more worth it to pay $30 more to get photopost.
