Email Address to Notify of New Post .... Except for a certain user

Hi-

I want to modify the default built in feature in the Forum Manager > Moderation options which says:
Email Addresses to Notify When there is a New Post

I want to use this, but only when the post is not by a specific user....

Any ideas on how to do this?
