How do I disable post notification?

When I installed vBulletin, I set an option that allowed me to specify emails (comma-separated) where every new post is mailed to. I forget where I found this option. Where do I find this option so I can disable it?

AdminCp -> Forum Manager -> Edit Forum (wich you want) -> E-mail Notification -> Yes -> Your email.
Cut it and save! Do the same for all forums you want. :)
