Best vBulletin forums?

I'm wondering if a few of you guys wouldn't mind helping me out by pointing out some of the better vBulletin related sites and forums.

Ones that are friendly to noobs, and that have decent repositories of information regarding management, promotion, ways to encourage interaction, etc. to help build a new forum from the ground up.

vBulletin-FAQ (http://www.vbulletin-faq.com/) is the only site that I've spent any time on, but I'm sure there are many others. Which one's do you like best?

good site.. I know there's a www.vb-hacks.com and shazz has a site... I forget, maybe www.vbshazz.com

Actually I think spending time here is great for getting ideas about what to do, that and exploring other active sites then asking here how to do something that you see
